How this fits with website analytics. The statement above covers the personal information you give us— your name, phone number, email address, SMS consent, and dispatch records. None of it is ever sold, shared, or passed to an advertising platform. Our website separately uses Google measurement tools that see anonymous browsing activity, and never your phone number or SMS consent. Section 5 sets that out in full.
Cookies, Website Analytics & Advertising
We advertise this business on Google, and we measure whether those advertisements actually produce phone calls and enquiries. That measurement requires cookies. This section tells you precisely which ones, what they see, and how to switch them off.
We use two Google tools and no other advertising, tracking, analytics, session recording, or data-broker service:

Counts how many people visit, which pages they read, how long they stay, and how they found us. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) that can last up to two years and identify a browser, not a person. It tells us that “a visitor read the pricing page,” not who that visitor is.
BGoogle Ads Conversion Tracking
Records when someone who arrived from one of our advertisements then taps our phone number or sends us the enquiry form, so we can tell which advertisements are worth paying for. It sets a cookie (named _gcl_au) and reads the click identifier Google appends to the web address of an ad click. These typically expire within 90 days.
CGoogle's Role
Google acts as our service provider for both tools and processes this data under the Google Business Data Responsibility terms. We do not control what Google does with data it collects independently through your Google account.
DWhat Is Never Sent to Google
Your name, phone number, email address, MC authority number, SMS consent, and dispatch records are never passed to Google, to any advertising platform, or to any other third party. A form submission is reported to Google only as an anonymous count — that one happened, never what was in it.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not build or upload customer lists for ad targeting.
EHow to Opt Out
Nothing on this website requires a cookie in order to work. You can decline all of the above and still read every page, call us, and submit the form. To opt out:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or browse in a private/incognito window.
- Turn off Google Analytics entirely by installing Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Turn off personalised advertising at Google My Ad Center.
- On a phone, reset or limit your advertising identifier in iOS Privacy & Security settings or Android Ads settings.
Opting out stops the measurement. It does not stop you seeing advertisements, and it does not affect any dispatch service you receive from us.
